Victory is going for Chief Emma Okewulonu of PDP as Frank Ibezim of APC loses again at Abuja high Court.

The High Court sitting at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja presided over by Justice Senchi has struck out the case brought before it by Mr. Frank Ibezim who approached for an order to compel the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue him Certificate of return as the authentic candidate of the All Progressives Congress,APC.

Delivering the Judgment today, the presiding Judge struck out the case for lack of merit.
It will be recalled that Ibezim was disqualified by a Federal High court sitting in Abuja for certificate forgery and perjury which judgment was also affirmed by two panels of the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja.

Justice Senchi also awarded the cost of N250,000.00 against Frank Ibezim for abuse of courts.
