Sergius Ogun Shines At Labour Party Edo North Submit, Vows Edo Restoration

RIGHT Honourable Sergius Ogun, a two-term member of House of Representatives and a frontline Labour Party Governorship aspirant for 2024 election has vowed to restore Edo State lost glory in every aspect if given the party’s ticket.

Sergius made the assertion at the Labour Party’s Edo North Senatorial District Submit while addressing the mammoth crowd at Uyi Grand Event Center in Auchi at the weekend.

“It is public knowledge that our dearly beloved state is in bad shape presently and it needs urgent stability.

“And our people are looking up to the you, the Labour Party and the Obidient Movement to come for her rescue in the interests of our children and posterity.

“I’m not sure will forgive ourselves in the nearest future if we refused to step up and step out to redeem Edo and allow either APC or PDP to continue the pillaging and the unfathomable debt the two political party have plugged the state into.

“I have won elections and I know how to win elections democratically and the people’s power will clog APC and PDP rigging machines once and for all next year if I’m given the ticket to fly the party’s flag”, Sergius Ogun said.

On the occasion, the National Chairman of the Labour Party, Barrister Julius Abure told Labour Party faithful to ignore moneybags and focus on the quality candidates who will bring the desired change needed by Edo people in next year’s governorship election.

Sergius Ogun has an unblemished record as one of the most reliable politicians in the state whose words are bond, as well as his populist bills in the National Assembly that sought to prohibit education and healthcare tourism for all public office holders.

After two-term in the Green Chambers, Sergius Ogun, a man of solid education and integrity withdrew from contesting for a third-term to honour the rotation agreement of his people, even when majority of his constituent electorates are in support of his reelection based on his outstanding and unequalled performance.
