Your brain really is the most precious friend you have. So treat it that way as unhappy brain means an unhappy you.

Our brains suffer from the many unhealthy daily habits we often consider harmless.

Unfortunately, most people realize their mistake too late.

If you care about your brain and want to maintain it’s health, try to break free from the following daily habits.

(1). You Don’t Have Breakfast:

Many people skip breakfast, some because they want to lose weight, Others because they just don’t have time. They are also people who can’t eat in the morning. But when you do this, you cut back on many of the nutrients needed for the brain health.

(2). You’re Over Eating:

Over eating damages the arteries of the brain and heart. Have you heard of  stroke. This is a really bad experience, and frequently over eating can sometimes be the cause.

(3). You Smoke:

Everyone knows that smoking is harmful. But did you know that with each cigarette, you increase your risk of Alzhiemer’s and Parkinson’s.

(4). Consume A Lot Of Sugar:

In addition to diabetes, sugar prevents the absorption of proteins and nutrients, thereby causing the brain to deform.

(5). Breathe In Pulluted Air:

We know that polluted air is out of our control but important to have this information, large and populated cities are often heavily polluted, and this can cause oxygen deficiency in the brain.

(6). Lack Of Sleep:

Many people have a bad habit of not sleeping enough. Remember that sleeps is essential to rest and to feel better.

(7). You Sleep With Your Head Covered:

It may sound weird to you, but some people like to sleep with their head covered. The problem with this habits is that it reduces the brain’s oxygen supply which in causes damage.

(8). You Work When You’re Sick:

This habit is really dangerous. If you work when your immune system is weakened, your brain feels overwhelmed. It is necessary to allow your body to rest, including the brain, to recover from more quickly.

(9). You’re Not Thinking:

Thinking is the main task of the brain. If you spend most of your time idle, you really damage your brain. So read, see, solve problems, be creative and learn something new.

(10). You’re Not Talking:

Communication is the best way to stimulate the brain. Try talking to someone every day. Isolating the world will not help you experience new experiences, and the brain can atrophy.
