Imo November Guber 2023 Poll: Tinubu Host Kwankwaso, Backs NNPP Candidate, Odunzeh

Imo State politics just took a very interesting turn around as Nigeria President Bola Tinubu backed Hon. Uche Ben Odunzeh of NNPP for the November forthcoming governorship Imo State election.

Tinubu support of the candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party NNPP, Hon. Uche Ben Odunzeh came on thursday 24th of August 2023 after a very important meeting with the National Leader of NNPP and 2023 Presidential candidate Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso on Thursday at Presidential Villa Abuja.

Tinubu who believes that Hon. Odunzeh is most capable among other Governorship Candidates of solving the biting security challenges, economic quagmire and other critical issues facing Imo people assured Kwankwaso of his supports to the Imo NNPP candidate against his own Party man who has failed woefully to Imo People.

The meeting came ahead of the Imo NNPP flag off of the Imo gubernatorial campaigns, for the November 11th governorship election in the state, already generating tensions in the state as the NNPP candidate gain more endorsement and supports across 305 wards of Imo State.

The Presidential backing of the NNPP Candidate will be a Massive jubilation to Imo people and very critical for the November Imo governorship election having sealed a deal of Eight years government of Mr. President.
