Chief Ifeanyi Bernard Nwaudunna, a well-known Nigerian political, social activist and APC chieftain has commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing “a beloved mother, social crusader and humanitarian activist, Barrister Uju Kennedy for a ministerial portfolio in his upcoming cabinet to represent Anambra State in the Federal Executive Council.
Which he described as a welcome development to the APC in Anambra State and South East in general while calling on party stakeholders and members in the state to close ranks and rally round the Ministerial nominee to help her succeed.

This was contained in a statement release to the press in Abuja yesterday signed by himself. The Social activist thanked President Bola Tinubu for recognising the exceptional qualities of the nominee Barr Uju Kennedy Ohanenye and her selection for a ministerial portfolio.
“Your visionary leadership gives us hope for a brighter future for Nigeria, and we are confident that under your guidance, our nation will continue to thrive.
“I join hands with the people of Anambra State and the entire Nigeria to pledge my unwavering support for Barrister Uju Kennedy in her new role as a minister,” the statement reads.
Chief Nwaudunna described Barrister Uju Kennedy as a remarkable individual whose exceptional qualities have left an indelible mark on the hearts of the people and humanity. “this lady is equivalent to Mother Teresa. Yes, because it’s very uncommon for you to see somebody after acquiring a degree in law paying attention to the less privileged people in the society.” he stated.
Ohaneye is a dedicated and committed member of APC and she was among the 2023 Presidential aspirants that stepped down for President Tinubu, which led to his Presidential electoral success.
She is a good listener and a good mother, and she has all it takes to minister perfectly well and unite the party in Anambra State. She does not belong to the three factions ruling APC in Anambra. Her appointment as a minister will help unite the party in Anambra State and South-east in general.
“I am very confident that Barr. Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye will make Nigerians proud by bringing uncommon competence and focus into any portfolio President Bola Ahmed Tinubu decides to assign to her in the Federal Executive Council.

In addition, the kind of calibre of politicians and technocrats seen on the lists so far, i strongly believe that they will get things right for the country, because at this point in time, Nigerians need people who are educated and well-learned, and who can be enabled to drive home the policies of Mr President to the rural areas and Renewed Hope manifesto” Nwaudunna said.
