The Lagos State Police Command arrested a -aged man identified as Ifeanyi Njoku for allegedly killing his girlfriend and sleeping with her corpse for six straight days.
According to Punch Newspaper, the tragic incident happened at Oke Street which is located within the Lagos Metropolis.
It was gathered that Njoku invited the deceased to his apartment and killed her for money rituals. He then engaged in an illegal affair with her corpse for about 6 days before he was apprehended.
Elizabeth John, An eyewitness who was part of the people that reported the incident to the police revealed that a foul-smelling odour emanating from Njoku’s apartment was what prompt them to notify their estate chairman.

After a thorough search, the corpse of the lady was found in his room. He was then taken to Lambagsa Police Station for investigation.
While being interrogated, the suspect confessed that he killed the young lady for money rituals. He said he took some illicit drugs before killing her and then slept with her corpse for six days to complete his mission.
