APC Chieftain and stalwart, Dr Charles Chukwu who is the President Save Nigeria Project (SNP) and National Chairman of All Progressives Congress United Publicity Association (APCUPA) has extended birthday wishes to his mentor, political father and close senior associate, Mamman Daura, on the occasion of his 83rd birthday celebration, describing him as a “remarkable elder stateman, scholar and gentleman.
“Birthday greetings to our remarkable media guru and statesman Malam Mamman for his commitment to nation-building, achievements in youth development, commitment to the success of buhari administration and APC government.
According to the statement, Dr Chukwu join the Daura Emirate, well-wishers and other Nigerians in celebrating an amiable elder statesman, role model, bridge builder, an exemplary father and a good family man as he turns 83.
“He is a man of great intellect and a stabilising force to the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
“i appeal to the elder statesman to continue to support youth participation in governance to ensure some leadership roles and positions are given to them to enable them to contribute their quota to nation-building and development.
“As he continues to uphold national unity and honour, i pray God Almighty will continually keep him in good health and grant him many more years to serve God and humanity here on earth,” the statement quoted the SNP leader as saying.
Malam Mamman Daura has served Nigeria with diligence and determination. I admire him for his intellect and accuracy in memory as well as a style of leadership which continues to inspire many especially the youths. Dr Chukwu said.
