The honourable commissioner swung into action by inagurating Ebonyi Export Club (EBEC). EBEC quickly elected her executive, with Mrs Chinagorom Okereke and Hon. Ozoemena Njoku as president and secretary respectively.
The Hon commissioner midwifed , and nursed Ebec to enviable height by bringing Nigeria export promotion council Abuja and Enugu zonal office to Ebonyi state. Soon after the inauguration of Ebonyi Export Club, His Excellency president Muhammadu Buhari unvailed Export Grant to cushion the effect of covid 19.

In light of the above, His Excellency chief Engineer David Nweze Umahi, the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State through the ministry of business development supervised by Hon commissioner for business development mobilized members of Ebonyi export club to apply for the export grant and many Limited liability companies and cooperative societies applied.
On the 14th day of August is remarkable to the Ebonyi State government, ministry of commerce, industry and business development as many of the applicants got final approval via their respective emails and disbursement to be done shortly.
