Bed-wetting is one of the most common problems with infants and children.

It’s the inability in kids to control urination during sleep.
This problem arises because children have small urinary bladders and are unable to hold their urine for a very long time.

1. Cinnamon Powder:

This is one of the simplest home remedies to stop bed-wetting in children.
Make your child eat a cinnamon bark once daily.

Alternatively, you can also add some cinnamon powder in his meals or give as tea

2. Indian Gooseberry:

‘Amla’ is also known as Indian gooseberry.
This fruit is used in the treatment of a lot of diseases including bed-wetting.
Crush the pulp of gooseberry, and add one tablespoon of honey and a pinch of turmeric powder to it.

This concoction must be given to the kids in the morning for a fast relief.
You can also administer the pulp of gooseberry mixed with black pepper at night before your kid goes to bed to cure-bed-wetting.

3. Olive Oil:

If your child suffers from a chronic case of bed-wetting then, you can always use olive oil to cure the disease.

All you have to do is to heat some olive oil and apply it on the lower abdomen area of the kid while the oil is still warm.
Massage the area gently for a few minutes.

If this is done daily then, you will notice positive changes in the kid soon.

4. Drink Herbal Tea:

You can also make a herbal tea out of horsetail, oak bark and bearberry for the treatment of bed-wetting in kids.
You will have to mix a small quantity of all the ingredients and bring it to a boil.

Let the water seep for a few hours and then strain the mixture.
This concoction must be administered to the child twice daily.

5. Walnuts and Raisins:

Walnuts and raisins are a treat for the kids. This can be a healthy snack item and is also a top rated remedy for bed-wetting issues.

You can make your kids eat one teaspoon of raisins and two teaspoons of walnuts before the bedtime.

6. Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar reduces the acidity of the stomach and thus, it decreases the urge for frequent urination in the kids.
All you have to do is to stir in 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass full of water.
Make the kids drink this concoction after every meal to cure bed-wetting.

7. Mustard Powder:

Mustard seeds and powder can be of great help for people suffering with urinary troubles.
Mustard powder helps in curing bed-wetting in kids.

All you have to do is to stir in half a teaspoon of dry mustard powder in warm pap meal or smoothie shake.
Make your kid drink this concoction to naturally curb bed-wetting.

8. Jaggery:

Jaggery provides heat to your body.
If the kid’s body remains warm throughout the night then the problem of bed-wetting will also vanish.

You can mix a small piece of jaggery in warm Water and make your child dink the concoction at bed time.
This will naturally cure bed-wetting in your kid.

Bed-wetting in kids is not a very serious issue and can be dealt at home with simple home remedies.

Also teach your child to visit the toilet before sleeping and eliminate on fluid intake in the evenings
