Ahead of the November 11, 2023 governorship election in Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma is the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC for the November polls.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Friday, released details of governorship candidates and their Running Mates for the off cycle governorship election in Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa States.
Mr Raph Nwosu name appeared on INEC portal as Running Mate to Governor Hope Uzodimma.
Hotmedia.ng gathered that Mr. Nwosu is a Place-Holder, which means he temporarily occupies a position he will vacate for another person sooner or later.
INEC do have a window for substitution of candidates before elections.

In a press release signed by Tinubu House To House, Prof Chukwemeka Chukwu as National Co-ordinator and with Barr Ibrahim Azara as National Secretary, whereas, the APC National Vanguard, National Publicity Secretary, Dr Mrs Uche Apogu and Ibrahim Muhmood, the National Secretary co-nsigned the statement.
The APC support groups call on Senator Hope Uzodimma, the APC governorship candidate for November 11th gubernatorial election in Imo State to choose Barr Ifeanyi Bernard Nwaudunna as his running mate and deputy governorship candidate.
The APC’s groups who were instrumental in the election victory and succes of Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president-elect of Nigeria promised to galvanised support and launched a strategic campaign for the re-election of Senator Hope Uzodimma as the executive governor of Imo State, if one of their own that’s eminently qualified and experienced chosen to deputise Uzodimma in the Imo2023 governorship election.
According to the APC’S Tinubu’s Support Groups in their statement, Barr Ifeanyi Bernard Nwaudunna holds L.L.B(Hons) bachelor of law at the University of Abuja, Nigeria and a sound practicing lawyer.
Barr Ifeanyi Bernard Nwaudunna have served in different capacities both in public and private sectors. Few of them; he served as senior staff of the people’s Democratic Party, PDP from 2008 to 2014 and currently serving as a senior staff of the ruling party, All Progressives Congress, APC at the National Secretariat of the party, Abuja from 2017 till date.

Chief Nwaudunna has been spectacular in the Imo politics, he was the Imo State, chairman of the defunct DPC and caretaker Committee Secretary of SDP. Barr Ifeanyi Bernard Nwaudunna is the national Publicity Secretary, Trader Initiative for Social Development in Nigeria.
At the private sector, Chief Ifeanyi Nwaudunna is a consultant at Noble and Lesley Consulting limited and the Deputy director of Crown insurance brokers limited.
The APC’S groups stressed that Nwaudunna who is 38 years old is a pragmatic youth leader who hails from Amainyinta in Ihitte/Uboma LGA of Imo state. Barr Nwaudunna as a political and social activist has led the League of Democratic Youth in Nigeria, Transformation Youth movement in Nigeria, Ohanaeze youth Forum and the Igbo Youth Assembly Worldride.
