The Nigerian Young Democrats Forum has declared that their focus and interest is only with Distinguished Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim as the next President of Nigeria come 2023. The National Coordinator boasted that the Nigeria Young Democrats in collaboration with United for Better Nigeria Initiative, with over 85 Support Groups for Anyim Pius Anyim, can turn any political table, stressing the supremacy of the people’s mandate in the 2023 Presidential Election.
Comr. Chinedu Mayor Enujeko was quoted as saying “We are loyal to his Political Party as long as it accommodates our interest by implementing the original Zoning Agreement of PDP. We will mobilize our over 60 Million Youths nationwide to protest and force Sen.Anyim Pius Anyim to move to another Party, should PDP fail to give him the Ticket, and we will move to that Party with him and overwhelmingly win the 2023 Election.”
The National Coordinator of the Young Democrats went on to analyze previous Presidential Elections in Nigeria, pointing out the very low number of Voters that eventually gave the Winners victory in the Polls, compared to the Membership Strength and Spread of the Young Democrats.
In his words “Going by the statistics of 2019 Presidential Election, President Buhari won his Election with less than 25 Million Votes. The Nigerian Young Democrats with over 60 Million Members spread across the Nation can turn any table come 2023”
