There is currently jubilation in Ebonyi State after the Commissioner for Infrastructure, Engr Fidelis Nweze resurfaced on Thursday after he was reported dead.
Hotmedia.ng gathered that jubilation is ongoing at Onueke, Ebonyi State.
Hotmedia.ng recalls that Ebonyi State Governor, David Nweze Umahi had declared public holiday yesterday to mourn the Commissioner.
