According to report of our correspondent, he was apprehended by the Okpanam Division of the Delta State Police Command following a distress call during an operation.
Speaking on the development, the Delta State acting Police Public Relation Officer, DSP Bright Edafe said the suspect had successfully forced an aged couple to make a transfer of 600k to the account before his arrest.
