The Fish for Life program, a virtual bootcamp that provides digital skills for Nigerian
youth, today, graduated its first cohort of participants.
The program, organised by 2023 presidential aspirant of the African Democratic
Congress (ADC) and former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Professor Kingsley Moghalu, provided digital skills training to the participants in
Freelancing, Info Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Blogging and Mobile App
Development, in partnership with NaijaLiveMatters and American Internet Business
School.
In a press release signed by Jide Akintunde, Spokesperson, Moghalu4Nigeria On Abuja.
“I am glad to have embarked on this initiative,” said Moghalu on the occasion of the
graduation. “Our youth deserve to be skilled and prepared for opportunities,
including creating their own jobs, in the 21st century.”
The program, which aims to train one million youth over a 12-month period, will
hold every month till February 2023. Over 3,000 students participated in the first
bootcamp.
The April session, which is still admitting participants, will run from 11 –
