The Coalition of Nigerian Youth on Security and Safety Affairs, CONYSSA under the Leadership of National President Amb. Ade Mario made official visit to Ambassador Adekunle Abdul the CEO of Metro & Castle Ltd on the 7th September 2021, at his Office in Lekki, Lagos.
In a press release signed by Amb Ade Mario, National President CONYSSA and Amb Comrade, Akanni Micheal, Coordinator, CONYASSA Lagos State Branch.
According to the statement the Courtesy visit is part of CONYSSA’s efforts to bring in like minds and notable personalities with proven capacity in community development and experience in security affairs of this country onboard.

The meeting was interesting and impactful. As
the National President, Amb is de Mario highlights the Aims, Objectives and the Goals of CONYSSA, and the achievements of the organization so far.
In response and appreciation, Amb Adekunle Abdul commended the efforts of the Leadership of CONYSSA for coming up with a massive initiative to contribute to the solution of challenges of insecurity facing the country.
Amb Adekunkle pointed out on some strategic and tactical approaches that would ease the operations of the organization and equally would be beneficial to Nigeria.
He advice the organization to float a functional Website, where people can rate police activities and performance, where people can share their various Complaints and experiences with the Police on daily basis, that such websites should be made available to the public and accessible to every Nigerian, including all the he heads of different Police formations and the IGP as well.

Ambassador Adekunle also stress the need of FUNDING. As he emphasize that the organization needs to have a source of income and revenue in order to function effectively.
He encouraged for youth engagement and development through skills acquisitions and empowerment, that would bring sincere Commitment from the Youth.
Ambassador directed that CONYSSA from National, State, Local Government and Town Heads should have a Legal Adviser, this would protect the youth from any form of harassment from the security agencies
According to the report, Ambassador Adekunle Abdul promised to support the funding of the Website of Coalition of Nigerian Youth on Security and Safety Affairs. Always be of assistance in terms of human development and capacity training
As part of official meeting with Ambassador Adekunle, the National coordinator Amb Ade Mario presented letter of appointment as Board of Trustees to Amb Adekunle Abdul and which was received with joy. The new Board of Trustees pledges his absolute commitment to actualize the organizational mandate.
